The school's philosophy, values, beliefs and individualised education approach have been designed and approved by the School Board of Governors (junta directiva). The School Board outlines and implements the school's strategic direction and ensures the school is managed according to its founding values and the values of Inspired. It ensures the school is fiscally responsible and operates within the annual budget, and is also responsible for hiring the school’s Headteacher (Director) and will monitor and evaluate his or her work. Governors on the School Board are not involved in the day-to-day running of the school; however, they do monitor the safeguarding, well-being and academic progress of students to make sure values and policies are adhered to. The Board also sets annual fee levels.

The Advisory Panel is a focus group of representatives from all SIS stakeholder groups: parents, students, staff, and the Senior Leadership Team. In line with our school's focus on feedback and improvement, monthly Advisory Panel meetings enable stakeholders to make meaningful contributions to ongoing and future developments.
Panel representatives are encouraged to share their thoughts, suggestions and any concerns. They are also invited to share our successes.
