Shared responsibilities include: overall curriculum, assessment and reporting, school improvement planning, accreditation, staffing and recruitment, professional development, teacher assessment, primary liaison, assemblies, daily routines, communications, PR and publications (website, newsletter, yearbook, handbooks etc). The teams also monitors: PTA, boarding (Tracy Moxley), transport, catering, staff association and gap students (Paul Harris).
Leaders of Learning, Pastoral Leaders and other specific responsibility post holders form middle management teams in the primary and secondary school, as indicated in the list below.

Other Teams
Other teams exist to address particular issues in the school. Teams, consisting of staff, parents and students from all levels of the school, are most important to the communication process and enable all members of the community to contribute to decision-making throughout the school. Examples of these teams are: CIS accreditation teams; curriculum development teams; LOGSE team; staff committee; PTA committee; and student councils.
All of the above teams liaise with the leadership and management teams to improve communication, decision-making and implementation of policies, procedures and new initiatives.
